ATO and AusIndustry Release Initial Guidance Material on the R&D Tax IncentiveOn 12/9/11 the ATO and AusIndustry released material on their websites containing initial guidance on the operation of the new R&D tax incentive.
AusIndustry has produced an R&D Tax Incentive Overview, FAQs and Fact Sheets and a more comprehensive Guide to Advance and Overseas Findings.
On the expenditure side, you can now refer to the ATO R&D Tax Incentive Home Page, which includes a series of brief discussions on eligibility, registration, claiming and compliance and monitoring.
